Meet Kate...
Kate brings ten years of experience in Vacation Rentals. Her experience includes; cleaning, set-up, interior design, and property management.
Kate started Branson’s premier vacation rental cleaning company in 2011. She started designing and setting up properties for investors in 2017. She has completed more than 25 projects in five years. Her projects include everything from sprucing up of existing decor to complete remodels of cabins and condos.
Kate manages all aspects of the vacation rental. She handles the booking sites, guest interactions, handyman services, and cleaning companies. She gives you a true hands-off experience. She works and lives locally and is available to guests in your properties 24 hours a day 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
